Drop down bracket coil spring spacer lift

So I have a tuff country 4.5" coil spring spacer lift. Buying SPC UCA's, wondering if I could also get upgraded shocks or coil overs that ad lift and ditch the stupid spacer at the top of the factory coil over but leave the rest of the kit as-is? Seems like a very odd set up but I like the lift height just not the parts after reading there is a better way to do things. Some of the parts I've seen say not recommended to use with other lifts but some do not. Havent found a direct answer searching.

You would have to get extended length coilovers that are made for you kit . Contact race car dynamics to see if they have anything, also look into pro comp. fox or any other shock company. I have RCD 6” lift with icon extended coilovers that are made for a 6” drop down lift. I also have a 3” body lift running 315/75/16 tires

 

I have a 2002 tundra. So we basically have the same truck as far as frame and body style

you can buy the Bilstein shocks that came with the RCD 6" lift kit. It can be set at 4" lift. You can also get the Eibach pro springs and get maybe another 1" or 1.5" lift. The only thing I'm not sure of is that the shock might be too long for the TC lift.

 

Thanks. I'll call and ask. I'd think that the shocks for a 6" would be fine with a lift adjusted to 4" minus a spacer on current set-up. That lift doesn't have a spacer above coil does it? Do you run that?
