Just drove home a new 2021 1794 and the dome lights are not working. I never checked them at the dealer before I drove off. Dont think it ever worked. Checked the fuse today and it’s blown. Tried replacing and it sparks when I put a new one in, and blows. Has 200 miles on it, quite annoying. Obviously I will be taking it in under warranty, but what could this problem be? Big problem? All the other fuses seem fine...

Have you tried disconnecting the battery, replacing the fuse, then re-connecting the battery? Dome lights always have power so will need to do this to install fuse without power running to that fuse location.

Sounds like there’s a short somewhere.

Then most likely have a short somewhere. Take to dealer, demand a loaner until problem is resolved.

I’m anxious to hear what they find to be the cause. Mine isn’t doing it, but a family member bought his 2021 a week before me...blowing fuses!

Yeah I’ll let you know. I haven’t had a chance to take it to the dealer yet, May end up just having them fix it at the 5000 mile maintenance.
