Unbolt the seat and move it back about a foot and use a ratchet strap to cinch it down. There are hookable spots on both sides of the seat right around the middle of the seat about 10" back from where the seat originally sits.

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! Starting off with the idea for a mod! Awesome!

My question about this mod is, is the seat bolted down properly? Is the ratchet strap permanent? Can you show pics? I wonder about the safety if it's not bolted down.

Not sure I want to drive in a world where someone is in a Tundra with the seat just strapped in?

Hey, my first car was a Honda Civic and the only thing keeping the driver seat from falling through the rusty floor boards was a hockey stick.

Common sense dictates that the OP was just using the ratchet straps to hold it in place to get it bolted down, but the OP's description was not clear. That's why I asked.

I hope I am wrong for sure but I read it as though it was just strapped in.

Well you could bolt the stick down and bolt the seat to the stick at least?

OP needs to clarify exactly what he's talking about, before somebody takes this advice seriously and gets hurt/killed.
