I've been thinking about how I want to add a front hitch. Possibly, as part of a replacement bumper, but I'm not sure yet. If anyone has a front hitch, how did you do it? Post photos please!

Curt over the other brand as the removal of stock bash plate is possible.

Do you use to for parking trailers?
I had one on my lawn tractor so I could park my boat and camper

Yes, my primary is for backing up trailers into steep, narrow and gated areas. I use my boat, utility or rock trailer so I can watch forward and come within an inch of the sides and have never hit once since. It's just driving left and it goes right, very natural at a slow speed and extremely precise. I suggest a FRAC harness and camera if you do it by yourself. Easy Peasy
Other is for pulling trees or bushes out while watching kids doing the hookups. Plus pulling old cars with flat tires out etc. Slower speed helps without having to always look backwards.

Look up Mustie1 on youtube. He has a front hitch on a 1st gen. He has a neat channel, actually.

Parking trailers sounds like a good use. I have a plate mounted winch, it only gets used occasionally and I have no real need to permanently mount it to the truck.
