I have no previous experience with brakes nor do I know when the last time the rotors were changed. 2014 tundra 88k miles
First 2 are the front left other 2 are front right.

You'd have to pull out a dial caliper to really see how much life the rotors and pads have left.

If you can’t see the pads through your wheels you should pull the wheel and see how much life you got left. Inside and out. Check the rears as well. Some brake pads will have a little metal tab that rubs the rotor when they are low to indicate it’s time to change them.

The issue is that the noise started after changing the left lower control arm

Maybe the dust shield got bent and it’s in harmonics when the brakes are applied. Try tweaking it a little bit.

It’s possible they didn’t clean the surface behind the rotor and hub or between the rim and rotor. Did you get an alignment as well?

Hmm so you changed the lower a arm and they got the eccentrics out? I’m surprised it won’t adjust. From the picture it doesn’t look beat up. Sometimes those bolts get seized. But I don’t think taht would cause those noises unless it’s really tweaked I guess. Is anything rubbing the axles? In the video it sounds like your brakes.

I'm not sure the axle boots look fine they dont look ripped or damaged. The noise wasn't there before the change that's what I dont understand yet
