I recently scratched my passenger rear door window switch cover. I would like to take it off and paint it. Do these covers just snap off?

Painted the scratched cover..... Then painted them all. Then painted my tweeter covers with my left over toyota paint.

Butter knife and fingers. Wiggle it carefully and comes right off. Window switches come out really easy only held in by clips. The driver's door is the only one you have to unscrew 3 screws to get the window switches out. Really simple. Also tweeter covers pop right off with hands. Unplug the Tweeter and then it's only held on by three screws
