Do I need to replace my transmission??

    i plan on rebuilding my 05 4.7 tundra to a twin turbo 4.7, should i replace the transmission or can it handle all the extra horsepower and torque??
    any info would be helpful as this is my first build so i wanna do things right.

    I wanted a faster vehicle so I also bought a Chevy SS... because 4 door sedans with big V8’s are hilarious.
    Not sure if anyone builds those for high power applications but you’re probably going to need it built.

    The tranny was not designed for the higher torque of the turbo.
