Installed my BA Dirty Deeds muffler today. No drone on hwy. Not much louder than stock. Seems quicker off the line in Sport plus or Tow plus modes. Banging through the gears quicker and I can hear the gear changes. I think my cabin is quieter than my 2008 tundra even with dynomatt in the doors. So I hear exhaust and tires less. My two standard poodles used to pant with my BA muffler in my 2008 tundra. But not in here in my 2023 Tundra. I get close to 20 mpg on hwy with topper on and one size bigger Ridgegrapplers on. Overall it’s a win win
If it gives me same gas mileage I am good with that.
Bought mine used off of marketplace for four bills and paid another hundred to have it shipped to me. It is smaller than stock but I would guess heavier. Fit and finish is great and install was easy peasy. I will try to update this in a month after having it. No my daily driver so I might not be going to many places except on some Hot dates!
    Peace. D

$400 for a used muffler? Holy crap. How much are they new?

We sell “just a muffler” for considerably less money than an entire catback system.

the system this gentleman is posting about takes one man 12 hours to build, paint, package and ship. We build our own mufflers by hand, from scratch, and only a small amount of that time is muffler fabrication.

Thanks for clarifying. I was thinking this was just the actual muffler not a complete catback.

It is just the muffler. Attached to rest of stock system.

    And worth every penny IMHO.
My 10" BAM was one of my favorite mods on my 2014.
Keith @dirtydeeds also provides some of the best customer service in the industry.

    Keith.
How’s cold starts on these? Wife was not happy with the previous system from another manufacturer waking the house up at 530.

That’s the beauty of what we build. They’re all built for the individual not just the truck. With limitless options, it almost gets confusing. But I’ve narrowed it down over the years. A 10” system wouldn’t make her mad and you’d still have your fun with your truck too!!
