Wish there was a option for a digital speedometer on the screen in my dash. I would rather have that in my display than my trip travel time, or my average mpg’s. Anyone know if there’s an option or a thread for this?

Yes, that data is useless to me....Crazy. I get speed and more on my Kenwood HU so it should be easy.

Digital speed available on 18+. Not sure if dash clusters are interchangeable

That would be nice if they were compatible, seems like it would need a digital signal and not sure if 18- reads off of digital or analog signal? Might have to look into this a little further when I have the time. Good to know it’s a feature on the 18+ models though

It’s all digital. Seems to me I t is just data as my 17 can display all the digits necessary. Seems like some programming is all we would need.

I don’t think you can swap the clusters. At least I know you couldn’t when I had my 2010 cause the mileage was programmed in to it. That way people don’t do it and it looks like they have a lot less miles. I think you had to go to a dealer to get it programmed correctly and certified.

You could install a scangauge or similar product that uses your ODBII port and mount it to your steering column or dash. I believe those give you a digital speedo readout. That's all I got.

I've checked with @Roman and he said it was a no go.
