Just a question to see if anyone has experienced this? I have a 08 Tundra and I have noticed now about 3 times my dash cluster will go nuts. Speedo will go up and down as well at the tac. Lights flashing on and off (lights in the dash) The truck runs fine. When I turn it off and let it sit for few mins and turn it back on, all is normal. Any info would be appreciated.

You definitely have a loose ground wire somewhere. Only explanation for multiple electrical items flickering. Check your negative battery cable from the battery to the frame. Next check every other ground wire you can find.

Mine did the same thing when the original positive battery post clip literally broke in half not long ago (no idea how that happened) and it was just sitting there barely touching the positive battery terminal, probably arcing, the rest of the way home till I parked and found it.
