Was hoping to add a splash of color to my wheels by replacing the center caps. Has anybody "upgraded" their center caps on the 20" 6-Spoke TRD Sport wheel (I think they are same on the Limited trim)? The small chrome Toyota emblem in the center can be easily removed for "Plasti Dipping" and of course I could always buy some of the round TRD decals on EBay, but decided I would ask for ideas here before I "settled" for either of those options.

Can't help with those wheels. But 100% agree that a splash of color helps. Also look at ColorLugs. They are a vinyl cap that fits over the chrome lug and they have a wide range of colors.

For awhile I was not liking my wheels and was considering buying different ones. Figured I try a cheap mod first. Found a guy that made the decal for my center cap and added the blue lug covers. Huge difference and now I'm happy. The decals have been on 10 months, always outdoor, truck stays consistently dirty, and I have 0 issues.

I am attempting to design and 3D print some. I'll put it in here if I am successful.

I bought my center cap stickers from 3dcarstickers.com. They are going on 2 years old and holding up great. The are shipped from Europe so be prepared to wait 10+ weeks for delivery. I would suggest making an order large enough to get tracking service for the delivery. In my opinion they are well worth it for the price and the option of ordering by diameter/size. Jim's suggestion is a good one!

FN Wheels out of CA. these are the FX Pro in gunmetal 18" x 9" I'm not sure if he has them on the website or not however just call. The guy is super helpful if you are interested. I believe he brings them in and sells to Toyota dealers who make aftermarket upgrades. Mine are over two years old and have no issues or concerns with the quality. https://www.fnwheels.com/contact/

Thanks for the tip. I do like my wheels...they fit the overall "theme" of my truck as a highway cruiser, especially since I removed the side steps.

I just did this, nothing elaborate, but better than the chrome IMO. :)

I ordered some thick outdoor decals from 3dcarstickers.com. They take a decade to get here, but they are good quality.

I’m second to be curious what technique you used to achieve these results. Excellent results, IMHO.
