When I get up and around for work, my truck is already warmed up and ready to go. The beasts have been fed and watered. She hasn't made coffee in over a year (I don't drink coffee!) but hasn't gone a day without a cup. It has gotten to the point where I don't plan to start the truck or pack a lunch and she doesn't clean or preset her coffee pot. The small luxuries of life "are just there".

What kind of creature comforts do you or your S/O have?

Heated steering wheels...... In vehicles I never thought I would like them so much. Nothing better than getting in a vehicle in winter that was started with remote start, and a nice warm steering wheel.

For years I had a Keurig (two different ones which aged out and died to be more accurate) so everytime I'd go back to the drip machine. Well this Christmas I got a Nespresso. Wow.

    1) Coffee is so much better.
    2) Not only that, but it came with a milk frother. Now before I get into my feelings: I've been a black coffee drinker since high school - I never add sugar or cream to coffee... but occasionally I'd go out for a vanilla latte as a treat - well damn it if an espresso Nespresso pod+frother milk+1/2 tsp of vanilla syrup don't taste just as good as Star*ucks without the people/line. That's a creature comfort.

Only complaint is largest coffee only comes in 7.7oz/pod - but pros certainly outweigh cons imo.

Sounds like a good partnership between two people who care for each other. That is a rare gift, and I hope you both cherish and enjoy it!
