Couldn’t find an existing thread on it so figured I’d start one up! Who all has cowboy / western boots?

Please post up pics and also any tips and tricks for boot care. I just purchased my first pair of boots and need to know what the heck I need to do for maintaining them. I’m a newbie!

I just picked these up and I’m stoked!

Mines are similar to that, just Lariats. Love square toe and roping vs riding heel.

Hey, people from South Carolina wear cowboy boots too. Also, a former bull rider from South Carolina. Not all cowboys are from West of the Mississippi. I'm somewhat of a adrenaline junkie.

Living here in Texas, my wife and my boys and I all have some. I have a pair of “western” style workboots, a black pair of “dress” cowboy boots and a regular pair of brown boots.

The most comfortable are the black dress boots I got at a Mexican-western clothing and boot store in Dallas. Handmade in Mexico, too. They even fitted me for the pair and threw in a free hat! If you have any Mexican boot stores near you, I highly recommend them. That was my first buying experience at one of those stores. Those guys really know their boots!

Love the look of them, Cowboy boots hurt my damn back and my knees. I have tried many, but can’t wear them more than 2-3 hours

Love my Rios Mercedes boots. My normal everyday boots are Anderson Bean. But I wear my Twistes X driving Mocs more than anything. They are the most comfortable footwear I’ve ever owned

I was raised in Montana and never had a pair of CBs either.
Most cowboys in MT wear baseball caps and hiking boots. Only time they put on a CB hat & boots with a dinner plate belt buckle was to go into town and go bar hopping.

Have several pair in my storage unit. My favorite pair were custom made by Paul Bond Boot Co. I used to own 4 quarter horses years ago. Still have all my tack, Larry Mahan Resistol hat, saddle, chaps, hand made reata's, spurs. Haven't put CBs on since I stopped riding.....

Same as some others. Grew up in MT, only wore beat up tennis shoes with no laces, even in the winter time. Now I'm back and have hiking boots. Only because I hate getting crap in my socks when I check fences.
