Some Mods :) See build thread for details
That shackle is the Toytec shackle that i have on mine as well. It provides either 1" or 1.5" rear lift. For a 6" lift you most likely need a 4" rear lift to be level since the rear is about 2" higher stock. If you add these shackles you will still need to make up the difference with an add a leaf or block.

This shackle is only for the rear of the rear leaf springs. Front of the rear leaf springs does not have a shackle and the front suspension does not have a leaf spring.

I see the staff of Toyota drives a pretty nice truck where they get the money like that probably from buying those northern trucks and selling them in the south

    John,
Please keep these types of posts off of personal build threads. It's not appropriate to do this, nor is it desirable for the individual that posted his modifications as an historical timeline of his hard earned money spent to expend lots of energy creating something he's proud of. If you would like to express these opinions and uncomfortable thoughts then let's please keep them in the following thread.
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/wha...ack-a-northern-truck.13927/page-4#post-268458

    Thanks for understanding.

    Great looking truck!

It's crazy how similar our builds are (right down to the paracord wrapped "oh shit!" handles). I have never seen your build page until today, so it must just be that great minds yada yada.

Yup. Easy sale when it's a safety item. Next on my list too. Well if that's the case, suspension is safety item too lol.

Not sure yet. I haven't really look down into them yet as I'm not ready to pull any triggers. But I do know I want to keep it simple. I like my ambers and just want the chrome gone with some bright white lights. That's all I know.

Say what? My wife's response would be that an international car manufacturer wouldn't release a vehicle with headlights that doesn't satisfy safety standards.
