    Hello everyone,

Quick question is the cold air intake/ flow master Outlaw exhaust worth it? Would it be beneficial to get both installed before making a 4,000 +mile trip for better performance and improved gas mileage?

Got my Stillen CAI, BAMuffler, and Pedal Commander for better performance but don't get any better gas mileage with my driving. :mudding:

With a tundra, even slightly incorrect engineering of the exhaust is a big difference in driveability.

our systems are designed for performance first. Sound second.

each system is custom designed for you, not just your truck.

give me a call and find out why everybody runs a DirtyDeedsIndustries.com exhaust on their tundras.

If you’re going to get an intake I see no reason to get anything other than the Stillen. The others are just a bigger filter on a bigger tube but only the Stillen has a secondary air inlet that draws air from the front in addition to the fender. You can probably get similar results by doing the Stock Air Box Mod (SABM) with a drop in filter but I wasn’t comfortable with taking a holesaw to my truck, lol.

As far as exhausts go, everyone here seems to be happy with their Dirty Deeds system. I personally have the TRD but if I was aware of the DD exhaust when I made my purchase I would have went with theirs. I’d want something designed with my specific truck in mind.

I have the Outlaw exhaust on my 2020. I haven't had any issues with it, but I take Keith's word on the performance of the exhaust. When I bought it I was looking for duals with black tips and rear exit, so there weren't many options. It's loud as hell and I love it. Just know that it drones and can be loud inside the truck too. My family doesn't like it as much as I do.

bosscib thanks for the heads up. I have been wanting to get exhaust on my truck since I got it but I was under the impression that it would void the extended warranty that I purchased on my Tundra.

    Nick,

That’s awesome I’m getting new tires put on next month. Still on the fence if I’m going to get exhaust, and cold air intake before I make a 4000+ mile trip next month.

Tires are a must for a long trip so definitely those first. I have a potential 5k mile trip this summer in my truck if I end up picking up a bass boat. If not we are taking the family minivan to save gas $$.
