I just had my windshield replaced. The company came to my work and replaced it very quickly. As Im leaving work I turn on the ignition and notice all these lights on. My seat belt light will not turn off even though I am buckled in. The air bag and traction control will not turn off either. Also I am unable to lock my doors with my fob!!! WTF. This cant be a coincidence right? Did they break a sensor somewhere? Do I need to reset something? Im pissed!!! Everything was fine when I got to work. WTF did they do? Any ideas?

Start with a system reboot: simply disconnecting your battery ground for 3 minutes and reconnecting it.

I had the same thing happen to my 2014 after I installed an aftermarket stereo. The stupid stereo worked but a couple of the dash lights were lit. I ended up taking it to the dealer. 550 bucks fixed it..

correct me if I'm wrong, but the only electrical wiring that's close to the windshield should be in the area of the mirror..

Do you have a Toyota or aftermarket alarm system or starter installed?

There are different windshields for the truck, make sure if you have the one with the 2 leads that they are plugged in.they are located by the upper fire wall.
    Good luck!

When I acquired about a windshield the woman asked what "accessories" were on it, I told her it had the wiper heater and she replied with "good, most people don't know that or fail to tell us and we order the wrong windshield".

One of the guys in the other forum said "If you have the heated mirrors than your windshield is heated also. Just a strip that runs under the wiper blades to melt ice." So there is a possibility they didn't attach it and now MAYBE touching each other shorting out causing a Christmas tree lighting on your dash.
