Over the past few weeks I have noticed a chirping or rattling coming from the front of my truck when closing the door. The past few days it has gotten worse. While driving slower over rougher terrain or speed bumps I could now hear it in the cab. I was kinda banging around the front end making it make the noise and thought it was the grille or maybe the safety sensor (2018 and up). Turns out it was an oddly made mount for the A/C lines. It has a metal bolt with a metal collar, i greased it up and so far so good. I just wanted to share because I know I’m not the only one that this stuff bothers. Lost track after #1.
Nice, I had one of those as well but in a different location. Took a big of banging around to find it, but eventually tracked it down to a bolt that needed tightening.
