I have a 2013 Tundra that has the single disc cd player, with bluetooth, satellite radio and the voice activated commands. I am wondering if I can change it out to the factory touchscreen model. Or if there is an aftermarket head unit with touchscreen that I can still use the factory devices ie. Microphone, steering wheel controls etc.
