    Appreciate the welcomes and the YouTube DIY video. I didn't notice the small hole to insert the allen wrench after releasing the tension on the belt so will take another look. It seemed to me the 14mm slipped a bit on the tensioner bolt so was wondering since my truck was built in San Antonio has Toyota converted to standard. I may try a 9/16" size as well before moving the tensioner to see if it fits better.

    There are some "belt tensioner " tools that make the job easier, $20-50, quick search results show many.
