Added some smoked AKKON tail lights. Super easy install. These seemed of similar quality to OEM and utilized all of the OEM wiring / bulbs. I really like the look, but now I need to find a good match for the 3rd brake light.

Ordered a tinted 3rd brakelight cover from https://www.smokedouttaillights.com/. There are options when you order. I chose to have the cargo light remain clear and do a medium tint. It looks great and matches the tail lights now.

Upgraded the battery and terminals. Everything about these parts from SDHQ is incredible. The install instructions could be a little more clear as they have a single install doc for multiple vehicles, so you have to sort out what applies to your install. The Odyssey battery rocks, and the truck seems to start instantly.

Lots more coming in the next couple of months. I am waiting on an order from CBI for front bumper, rock sliders, and skid plates that should arrive in June. Just laying the groundwork for a big transformation with the armor, suspension, and wheel/tires.

Next up is another incremental step: installing switchpros

Added color-matched door handles. Took about 2 hours total, as I added some Kilmat to the doors while I had the door panels off.

The kilmat might be the best part of this update. It's not dramatically quieter, but the stereo sounds so much better. I have the JBL system, and previously I would ride around with the volume at ~30. On my test ride, I turned the volume down to 20, and the sound was clear with good bass.
