Hey everyone I could use some opinions.
I have a super white tundra. I want a TRD pro grille.
I can't decide on whether to keep my chrome bulge and surround and or to get white bulge and surround with the black pro grille. I have chrome bumper ends also.
If I went with white bulge and surround I would probably go all black bumper....
I've been debating for 3 days!!
    Help a brother out

White bulge and surround. Powder coat chrome caps or change bumper. I'm doing the former at some point.

When it comes to cosmetics, our opinion is no more valid than your own. (well, actually, mine is ;) ) I think your best approach is to gather up as many pictures of white trucks as you can. If you browse them a few times, I'm sure one or more of them will speak to you.

There are in my opinion only two color trucks that can pull off the chrome hood bulge and surround with the pro grill and still look great ... Silver and White. However having said that, I'd still say go with the color match as it looks even better. If your still undecided, at least buy the pro grill with the white surround in case you decide to color match later.

I hate you. Haha I'd talked myself out of the pro grille because I got wheels with chrome on them to tie everything in. Said I didn't need to change the bulge and all that to white because it would look weird. But man, I love that pro grille and it looks good on the white with chrome.

Color match all the way around. I did it on my SR5. It was a little work and some extra money but way worth it in my opinion. @Roman can hook you up with the parts.

WarEagle - I did color match and Pro grill. I also purchased the bumper end caps, painted. Right now I am running my chrome end caps, and they keep growing on me. I think I will just keep them and not install unless I change out the back bumper. I don't want chrome only on back, and I don't want to purchase the back ones if I am going to change out the bumper eventually. All that said to say "I like the look of your truck with the Pro/Color matched grill and chrome caps...

It's for the cross traffic thingamajig. Can only go through plastic, not the metal bumper. But that still doesn't explain why they don't color match the front though.

    Say no to chrome.

Chrome free is the way to be.

This is your dome on chrome: :violent:. Any questions?

Like my buddy Steve @WarEagleSteve, I too don't mind chrome on my bumpers. In fact I didn't have a problem with the chrome hood bulge and surround,

until I changed out my headlights. Only then did I swap out the chrome trim for color matched trim.

Last one is a old pic (haven't had the proper weather to take new pics with my retrofitted headlights) but you see that in my opinion the chrome bumper caps doesn't look bad. And yeah, I'm sure color matched caps would look great and still might be in my future.

Chrome didn't look bad on you truck. Blended in well with the silver. At least from what I can see from the pics. Both looked badass.
