I am currently rubbing on the corner of my body mount. So i was wondering theoretically if i were to adjust my caster slightly, the rubbing would go away? Can anyone chime in on this one?

    thank you

I'm not sure what my caster is set to, but it's pretty far forward and I don't touch the body mount at all with 35x11 tires on stock wheels. I rub the sway bar and my shock resi at full lock, but never hit the body mount at ride height. So to answer your question, potentially yes, it could stop your rubbing.

If you're running aftermarket UCA... the answer is yes. Usually the sweet sweet spot is between 4-5 on castor.
    **edit**
Tire/wheel size play a role here and also whether you still have stock front bumper. Pushing the tires forward can push them into your bumper if you're running stock.

Caster will definitely affect it... but putting wheels on the truck with correct offset makes the biggest difference.
+18 to +25mm offset (approx 1") is the sweet spot.
I have 35x12.5 tires on mine with +25 offset and they dont touch anything at all. (I did remove the flaps and front plastic)

    Yup,

Info posted thus far is all correct.

+25 is about the sweet spot on offset.

Bumping caster will help clear the cab mount.

If you have Camburg arms, you'll have to have the tech use some choice swear words as they are a bit more difficult as high caster is built in to them, rather than using the cam bolts to adjust.

I bet you his cams are neutral as well.
Burg builds a lot into their arms.

Pros and cons to that design.

Isn’t everyones goal is to achieve maximum caster and 0 camber?

No, not everyone likes the steering, feel and manors of high caster.
I believe most people like to stay between 2 to 4.

If you max out your front cams all the way inward and max out your rear cams all the way outward, that moves your tires as far forward and outward as possible. IDK what that’ll make your tire hit on a Tundra but I know on a Taco, it lets you run large 33’s with no CMC. Adjustable (think SPC) UCA’s are required to make this work.

The adjustable bolt/washers (2 per side on LCA) that let you adjust camber and caster are call cam bolts.

SPCs, ran them on my Tacoma and even with 3" up front I was at like 4.9 degrees.

Does anyone know which brand uca will allow for the most caster? I have an aftermarket front bumper ,so not worried about rubbing there. Trying to fit 37s with zero offset wheels and no glass

I think the billet actually place the joint further forward than the tubular, but regarding final adjustment honestly cant say.

The tubular have a few degrees built in. It's not unusual to see caster in the 7/8 degrees with them.

So I should take a step back honestly...

    What's your suspension setup?

Because they have such high caster built in, they dont necessarily work the best for everyone. I'm under 3" of lift and they are actually being a hindrance for me getting setup how I want. They work fantastic as an option for 3"+ of lift.

I'm currently on 5100s max out with a .25 shim ,so around 3" . My current alignment is maxed out to just over +4° and running 17s with 285/75. I plan on doing a dobinsons 3inch lift in the future . Most of my off road is overlanding and trail roads

But your plans involved 37s and 0 offset, yes?

So you are planning on doing that on the Robinson 3"?

I ask because your previous was mentioning future plans while the more recent post was stating more immediate. So just trying to get it all sorted out.

I believe your going to need to modify your pinch weld, cab mount and inner wheel metal and plastics trying to get that to clear properly.

Caster itself wont be the fix for that.
