Just installed this yesterday. Although the install instructions weren't the best I'm very pleased with how it turned out. The dash button looks factory and it's bright as hell! I'm just waiting on the LED fogs to come in now since one of my factories crapped out.

Did you purchase new fogs or did you send the factory back to Rigid? Guess you could go through Toyota too if you’re within warranty. Rigid lights carry a lifetime warranty

I did not know this. I'm just out of warranty so dealer wont cover them. I'll have to contact Rigid and see what they say. Thanks

So I just got off the phone with Rigid. They will not cover them. Warranty has to go though Toyota and I'm just over on miles. Oh well. Cali Raised were already ordered yesterday so I'm looking forward to them showing up and getting this problem fixed.

My ‘17 limited needs that bar! I love where you put the switch, but mine already has a switch in that place (Trailer Brake type). No switch locations have blanks... and don’t really want something that looks hacked in.

How about on the other side of the steering wheel? It does come with another push button switch you could mount hidden. Let me see if I can still find it.

What lights did you order for fogs? Their pods aren't rated for on-road use, so that something to keep in mind if you typically use them as driving lights. They're all spot beam with no cutoff.

the 3X2 led pods. I'm not overly concerned with them being rated off road use. I'll be fine.

You'll blind the shit out of someone since they don't have a cutoff.

Did you go with the “spot beam” or “combo beam”? Any idea on difference? Looks great!

Im interested in how you ran the wiring to the switch. Was it really intrusive? I have a light bar and plan on mounting another one in my go rhino front bumper.

Yep, the factory Rigid Pro fogs still use the normal H11 connector, not the DT that most aftermarket pods use.

nah. Ran the wire from the light to the battery. along the fender well and then cut a small hole in the steering column rubber boot. fed the wire through and then put silicone around the wire and boot. dropped the front of the dash down to get to the button location. I had a blank spot so I removed it and wired in the button. Pretty easy actually. The whole install was 2 hours or less.

How was the dash drop? I've done a lot of interior stuff but that just scares me.

Real easy. One 10mm on the bottom right side. 1 10mm on the left side but you have to pull back the kick panel to get to it. Then I carefully pulled it away from the dash. Popped out pretty easily. I didn't take it clear out as from here I could access the other buttons. Pulled on them and they came right out. The wiring was actually a lot easier than the light bar install.
