Anyone have any easy fix for this. Happened at a tennis tournament for my son - came back from watching a match and someone left me this surprise, without a note. Just now calming down... Not sure if someone has used a hair dryer or something to warm this up and pop it out? Thanks for the help.

You can probably heat it and pop it out but it won't be perfect by am stretch unfortunately. The pain will probably wrinkle and clear coat crack and it looks like it has some deep scratches. Sorry that happened man. Some people suck that's for sure

That black plastic piece in the center might have one of the tabs broken or not. The end piece is roughly $180 and about another $125 to get it painted if you can find someone willing to do it? I have seen some cheaper ends on e bay that needs painted.

Okay - little bit of you tube and it looks better for now - won't be able to get that crease out... Will hold me over until I can get another end cap.IuccxXujR56Dtm86tV5n8Q.jpg

Hey Pudge - didn't have a heat gun - so used boiling water - felt like it worked just about the same way - but thanks for the help. You were right though - doesn't look the same : (

Heat it up and push it from the inside. Won’t be perfect but it will help pop out the big stuff

    What assholes..

Get a dash cam that has motion detection activation. Wouldn't it be great if you caught this jerk on camera and could get them for damaging your truck AND fleeing the scene?

It's one of the few things I took with me when I sold my truck.

Your intermediary repair looks good. Hope you get a deal on the part.

What a d*ck move.. A few years ago I backed into a Saturn with my Sierra and crushed the fender with my hitch. Nobody was around, I could have easily left but I didn't. Left a note on the car to call and I paid for the repair. Cost me $1000, I dont think the car was worth more that $1500. Owner was shocked I left a note..

My truck got hit on the passenger side. I got the cap off of someone in my area. Pretty easy to find since mine are the regular chrome ones. The replacement process was some what tedious though. Man that sucks, I know how frustrating it is to look at that dent. The removal process was really easy. I had some difficulty putting the bumper back on with the new cap since the holes wouldn’t line up, I think this was caused on the initial impact. But after some adjustments i was able to get everything straightened out.

This one kept pushing and trailer stopped about 2 inches from radiator. I'm letting repair shop do it. $250 deductible for non insured motorist

sorry this happened to you but that DIY fix looks pretty darned good!

pulling and installing the front corners is a miserable job. I'd rather re-upholster my truck than do that again.
