Hey guys! I’ve got a 03 tundra and for a while I’ve had brake noise from the front driver side. I took it to Goodyear and they told me it was my wheel bearing. Got it fixed and sure enough still have that sound. It’s a loud grinding noise that only happens when I brake pretty hard. Anyone know what it is? Thanks!

How much brake pad is left?

Are pads in good shape? Many have a metal tab that hits the disc when they get worn down. Tattle-Tails.

You sure it's not the sound of the ABS activating? It can make a grinding type noise on hard braking.
