Blue DRLs illegal in most states

I have always heard that you cannot have blue or red on front of vehicle. I even remember seeing the blue and red bug shields are illegal. I saw a Tahoe today with blue DRLs and not just bulbs these had blue lenses. I guess they might catch at state inspection time. With as many people that drive around DFW with no front plates he might never get pulled over for them.

 

its ridiculous what people drive around with; blue, red, green "angel eyes", illegal. the dudes putting strobes in the tail lights, or any other part of the vehicle, also illegal if used on any public roadway. "but hey brah is bad ass"

It's illegal here in NC , unless your a Leo or first responder.

Unfortunately, they know which state inspection places to go where they will pass the vehicle with all these "mods." Back in the day, people would install blue or red LED's in place of their windshield washer ports. Not sure what the purpose was but people thought that was bad ass.

 

Dont know.... Beside the Gun laws being pretty flex in VA, id say we are at the top of the chain in regard to illegalities per state.. But i dont want to get in to an argument with someone from NJ as I just came back from Marlboro, NJ.... and Oh boy... Just a bunch of NY guys that moved to the Burbs... LOL!.

 

True that. Probably the same restrictions in both states I think, heavily populated states seem to have the most

Im not far from the Ghent Area of Norfolk. I usually try to drive my Lex when around town and only drive the truck to work... P-Town.... Ouch... Rough part of the 757... lol.

 

Yeah now it is. Wasn't to bad back when I was roaming the street's . I wouldn't live there , but work brings me back there for the day. Luckily I'm in a CIA gate
