Has anyone used Blackvue cameras in their Tundra? I have decided to purchase theirs after researching different models and was curious how anyone who has one likes it, how does it hold up mounted to the windshield, basically any likes and dislikes about it. They have a new 4k model out which is the one I am going to get. Also did anyone have issues using an aftermarket micro sd card with it instead of the one they sell directly at a highly inflated price?

I had the 400g model a few years ago. It stopped working during the second summer. They dont like heat.

Since then I've used Mobius cameras. For $70 instead of $200 plus, I don't care as much if they break. But it's been quite a few summers already and never had an issue.

Use a quality name brand card, just match the specs what the camera says to use.
