Black Limited badge from 4Runner Nightshade

So I’m trying to source two black Limited badges off the 2019 4Runner Nightshade. The local parts dept. guy asked me if Nightshade was the color? So obviously they are clueless. Any help would be great. I already replaced all other badges, and don’t want the overlay or carbon fiber look. Thanks

I painted mine and they look like garbage. Left them off. This would be a great solution. Do you have the part numbers?

Interested in this as well. I have the overlays but haven’t installed them yet. Saw someone throw a coupe layers of clear coat on them and they looked much better. So I may try that in the meantime. I don’t like the price of the replacement badges but if Toyota sold the whole kit for a limited I likely would have bought it. Maybe this is a question for Roman. I’d bring it up in the parts thread.

Just found out they're a manually allocated part. This means Toyota is only releasing them as replacements for Nightshade edition 4Runners only right now.

Just edited my original post as well, but the emblem is currently a manually allocated part. Toyota will not release them unless it is for a 4Runner Nightshade edition as a service replacement part.

 

Special thanks to the member here who tipped us off to McGeorge Toyota Online Parts. They had no problem getting the nightshade limited badges. Took about 3 weeks after submitting the order online and they showed up. They are identical to the rest of the black tundra badges.

I had no luck with an automotive shop painting the chrome ones, they came out horrible. Not into the overlays or plastidip. The nightshade badges are a good one and done solution. PZ316-60052 x2 The ones popping up on ebay look like a great alternative too for a fraction of the cost.

Not true at all. If your dealership does that... go to a different one. I changed my chrome limited badges and just bought the set of black ones.. the parts guy didn't even flinch. If a dealership wont sell you the parts you want, there is always another one that will.

 

I am a dealership. At the time, almost 6 weeks ago, they were a manually allocated part. They have since been removed from MAC, and are available.

B737 - Are those the LIMITED badges in Black or are they the overlays??? I need one LIMITED RH badge (non overlay) I'm in Huntsville, AL

 

They are fully black badges, not an overlay, identical to the black badges we put on the rest of the truck when we swap out.

Someone posted a link to eBay ones, they were half the price, not sure how they compare but they looked the same as well.

you can do that, they are the same part number. just order one.

 

The link @Roman posted is per badge. For the limited badge, there is no side designation. So I order one and you should be good to go
