I have airbags in bag and bilstein 5100 on top level in front- is there any way i can lift front end to meet inflated airbags in back and put 35s on my rig in a cost effective manner? I roll my airbags inflated so it is pretty raked forward but would love to level out and increase tire size cost effectively- is this possible or is lifting front end cost effectively an oxymoron? thanks in advace for advice and input here.

You only need to inflate your airbag 1" over factory height. The reason is your shock is only good for 1" lift.

You also have to make the tire pressure close the the airbag pressure if you are carrying a heavy payload. I usually have my tires higher than the bags. Letting the bags do the bouncing than the tires.

It will also depend on your wheel offset.

My setup is 295.70.18 on 18x9 +12. I have to add 1/2 bumper spacer to move it forward. Remove the front bumper flaps, and unscrew, drill new holes and re-secure the plastic trim behind the bumper after moving it forward. I also had to remove the mud guards. I have a slight rub on the driver's side body mount. Greater than 12 offset will require less modifications.
