Hey everyone. Been a while since I updated my truck. I’ve been super busy with work and honestly I had trouble posting pics for a while so I wasn’t able to update even if I wanted to. Also, COVID obviously ate into my play money so I wasn’t able to do much. But now I’m back and finally did a few things to the ole girl.

So, I’ve always felt like the truck was squatting in the rear and I finally decided to pull the trigger on a set of the Coachbuilder rear shackles. I decided to go with the +2 and I’m very pleased with the results. I love the way it looks now. I also decided to pull the stock step bars. I’ve always hated the way they look and once I decided to pull them I really like the look and will probably just run it this way for a while. I may do something on the future but who knows. I love the Amp Research boards but as everyone is aware they’re crazy expensive. I also decided to throw in a set of new floor mats. I saw a guy post a thread on FB on Tundracrew about them and for the price I’m way happy. After a discount code they came out to $72 shipped. And they look great all things considered.

And so now I’ve relit my fire to continue the upgrades. Just ordered the ‘17 TRD Pro grill and surround. I already have a TSS relocation bracket from AJT Design in hand and ready to go. Also, ordered the mirror caps and front and rear bumper covers from Bumpershellz. I’ll have everything painted locally so hopefully I can get the color as close as absolutely possible. I’ve hated the chrome from the beginning. I’ll be glad to see it go.
