Anyone changed out spark plugs and coils and found added horsepower or is OEM just as good as any on the market? Reading through, everything claims it will but seeing if anyone has actually been able to check or noticed just driving.

Biggest upgrade is new coil packs if you need them. Several of mine were arcing in their tube. Fuel trims actually went down when I changed em kit because the truck actually burned the fuel LOL.

Use stock denso plugs. And stock coil packs. Even though I’m a hypocrite. I’m using Duralast coils (business was slow I didn’t have the cash for good one). But these make the truck feel waaaay better!!!

Nothing is wrong with mine but I'm looking to start adding horsepower to the truck cause that's what I want to do. Thanks for the reply Keith, I will be calling you soon about exhaust. But for now, just trying to find quick and easy added horsepower.

Did ya pull each coil? Check em and make sure there isn’t grey spots. It was noticeable free horsepower to replace em.
