    As many know, I sold Betsy last year. All she did was sit and take up a lot of room. You can view her build here

    I was DD’g my Lexus for a couple of years (IS 350 Fsport AWD) It was great. It was a beast on the road, and snow.

    Last few months I’ve been missing my lifted Toyota world. We had a blizzard two weeks ago and I got high centered in front of my driveway. I had to use my MaxTrax boards, and 30 mins of shoveling. I was done at that point.

    I began the search, this very day and test drove several used, and new 4R’s.

    I called an old car sales buddy of mine who had a red, 2018 SR5 Premium 4R for sale.
    26k Miles
    One owner (immaculate service record)
    Sun roof
    3rd row seat
    After market remote start.

    Test drove it- and came home the same evening with it as I traded in the Lexus

    That same night, I called my buddies at @Toytec Lifts and ordered suspension, wheels, and tires.

    The next morning I woke up and removed those hideous steps

    Today was the day for install (10 days post purchase)

    I went with Toytec Alumas 2.0
    Toytec RC springs
    SPC UCA’s
    Cooper STT Max 275/70/17
    Icon wheels
    Alignment

    We had all suspension done in around 3.5 hours.
    I also took the liberty, since wheels and tires were off to get the DDM Tuning led fogs, lows, and uppers in. 100% plug and play.
    Fogs: 5K lumens
    Lows: 8K lumens
    Highs: 10K lumens

    Washed her, and took her home

    Overall impressions: Almost zero body roll
    No more nose dives
    Bumps/potholes are minimal when driven over. Very impressive

    I think I’ll be purchasing sliders next...adds a better look, and can help short people (like myself) get into them

    It’ll prob be Hefty or RCI sliders

    All these shops are in Colorado, kinda makes me want to move there. Four wheeling must be a blast. Colorado is beautiful and all, just need to figure out a good place to rest me bones.

    I didn't see the full pic before. I thought for some stupid reason your 4R was a Taco. I like that 18 Red 4R :thumbsup: Love it and I understand the deep snow issues you had, but.......Betsy 2.0 is a wee "bit" of a step up from a new snow blower......

    I think they are the same. I have one as well on the Tundra. Nice quality, looks factory once installed.

    Wait a freaking minute here....I've been postulating........about the word "Pansie" mentioned on another CO winter thread recently.......h'mmm, shoveling snow by hand, best snow blower.......equals 4Runner! It all makes sense now:thumbsup:

    Seriously that Toytec lift looks great along with the Icons and Maxx's:thumbsup: Sweet ride. If I didn't want a truck I'd have a 4R. A no brainer.
