You might find short supply when you start shopping, I had a couple dealers tell me about long lead times as the pandemic RV craze has apparently spilled over to caps now. I just happened to find a "just delivered" Snugtop Rebel at a nearby dealer.

Things to consider is the front window that tilts down so you can clean your rear window or pass larger objects thru when needed, the Rebel had a slider/tilt down front window, full headliner and a built in LED dome light which also included a neat little junction box with 2 USB outlets. I really wanted the "windoors" on the side just for ease of access, but figured I'd better count my blessings and snag the one in stock. Oh and I did the full bedrug too. Out to door right at $3k installed.

20200915_093337-1.jpg I love my cap...aside from the dirty window. Is there a cleaning tool designed for this?

My ARE Z has the window that can slide like all caps, but also can lower the whole window on a hinge to be open the size of the sliding tundra window. Pretty sweet but I rarely have both windows open.

Every Leer can be optioned with a front window like this as well.

Got mine from a shell company that's been in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area since I was a teenager. A looooong time. I got a "Pro Top" from them for my Taco like 15 years ago. Worked great. Got one for my Tundra, no issues at all, and a little over $2k, with rear brake light install, carpet, IMG_4309.jpg double locks and the tilt down front window. Side sliders too.

Little late to the party, but I found my shell for my 04' at a used truck dealer. It's almost impossible to sell a used truck according to them with a shell on it. So they take them off on their trade-ins or auction trucks immediately. Might be worth calling around.
