I just ordered some Caltrend seat covers for my double cab. I went with the Neosupreme material. I like the thought of them being waterproof so was considering the 100% neoprene covers but I don't like having a sweaty back or butt so I went neosupreme which are supposed to be more breathable. Got them for $342 shipped on Auto Anything. If you open up the chat box and talk to somebody they will negotiate price with you.

Just curious, but why would do you want to cover your cloth seats?

If the choice is between covering the seats with an poor-fitting, wrinkly, unbreathable, coarse fabric cover (that unmistakenly looks like a cheap cover)

    or

just using your existing cloth until it wears out and having new OEM cloth seat covers ordered and replace them in a few years.

I would obviously choose the latter.

Just because someone can drag their truck through an Autozone catalog doesn't mean it's a good choice.

Are your couches at home covered in plastic too - ya know to "protect" them?

I agree - that ill fitting garbage makes any vehicle look like trash.

I am not sure your post is entirely accurate. Yes it is easy to get 'poor-fitting, wrinkly..' seat covers, but if you pick the right ones, those things don't remotely resemble an add-on. They stretch and fit very tightly, and are designed to appear factory installed. I think they have achieved it, and they allow a range of color details that you cant get with the OEM seats -

    Come on!

Why do we do so much work to change the grill color?, or replace an emblem? We are making things our own. It's part of the fun.

Plus I dont think the OEM seat covers will come in at $212..

If the "right ones" you posted above are neoprene, then you have a problem. They are waterproof and unbreathable.

$212 is too much to pay to have swamp ass for you and all of your passengers.

Dont take my word for it (3 second search): https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/wet-okole-swamp-ass.389116/
    https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/does-anyone-use-wet-okole-seat-covers.794067/

Unless you work in the oil fields, or use them sporadically for hunting/outdoor expeditions I personally don't see any value in disposable Autozone-tier seat accessories.

I was referring to neosupreme. Its a sort of hybrid neoprene. And you certainly cant get them at Autozone. If we were I would agree with you.. I am talking about something like these - https://goo.gl/Fp8Afa You can pick from a plethora of materials.

    Browse around here - https://www.carid.com/seat-covers.html The Clazzio's look amazing - http://www.clazzio.com/

Come on dude! Lighten up and have some fun with it! :)
