This is just my opinion so take it with a grain of salt...

I have them on all my fleet vehicles.

They are great if you really use properly and really need them....but they are heavy, unreliable bearings (on some models), you lose a little space in the bed, and you are constantly having to clean out from under them so they slide properly.

Also, they can be very expensive for people that don't really need them

****Obviously, this is just my opinion from my experiences. I'm sure there are others that have a better attitude towards them****

I don't have one. But it will be my next purchase. I know someone who has one and he has had zero problems with it. Also i think if you have a bed cover there shouldn't be that much shit under the bed slide.

@nowayout , A buddy of mine has one on his, ahem, chevy, and he loves it. He uses it all the time and has never had a problem with it. He also has a tonneau cover over the top of it as well. Pretty slick setup if you ask me.

My buddy is an electrician with an '01 Tundra with a camper shell. He built a cheesy wooden version and has been using it for at least a decade.

2"CB shackles, bushings and 1 shim, lockerdown console vault, rear folding seat back mod, snugtop shell with opening side windows, 46g fuel tank, SDHQ sliders and hidden winch, Decked Drawers, Alcan leaf springs and got rid of the interior chrome
I'm pretty happy with the Decked Drawers.

Bedside is decent but Cargo Glide makes a better sliding unit with much better bearings for a little less money.

Of all the goofy studs we've done to the truck, our bed slide is my favorite. We have our rtt mounted low almost like a tonneau cover so it makes getting to everything super easy.

We got the Jotto cargo slide in aluminum to save weight - it's about 100 lbs. We'll see about durability since we hammer the truck pretty hard off road. I can already see where the bearings are wearing the aluminum rails.

We did away with part of the included mounting system in favor of a lower deck height and less weight. We bolted the rails directly to the bottom of the bed instead of using three steel 1x3 cross members they provide. Dropped 20 lbs and gained an inch and a half of space.

It's the light duty. 800 lb capacity.
