I'm trying to research (what a pain) on which Bed Rack would fit my application the best (I plan to mount a dry-box Yakima/Thule to the bars). I have a 2015 Tundra DC 6'6" bed with a factory bedliner - and no bed rails. I wanted the racks to be around 8"-10" above the bed line.
I really wanted the Relentless Bed Rack Bars - but their website shows 2 months + out - I can't wait that long.
I like the Frontrunner bed bars, but they only show an option for mounting to factory rails which I don't have. Is there any other mounting options?
The RCI is too military/overly built looking.
The Mobtown bars look okay, but also mount to factory rails which I don't have.

Am I missing any other options? Any and all opinions are welcomed!

I have relentless bars and if you purchase during their production window the wait isn’t as bad. I had mine delivered in under 3 weeks.

After researching further I think the Relentless bars are too much as well. The Voodoo High Rise Bars in black are perfect. Of course they are out of stock and won't let me order. :)
I have to order the universal ones since I don't have the factory bed rail.
I sent an email to Voodoo and hope to hear back soon.
Does anyone know how to mount a Yakima or Thule box to these? I've never owned a box so not sure how they work on Non-Yakima/Thule rails. Thank you!!

that is crazy. way over the top. those set ups are like $600+ and most of them block the bed for normal usage, or a tonneau.

this does not meet your 8"-10" criteria, this system sits a little lower... if you're just carrying sporting goods / normal stuff / Thule box for light gear, all you need is to run roof rack rails down the bed sides, install feet and cross bars. you're done.
    1) you can remove your rack in about 1 minute
    2) no interference with anything
    3) doesnt look "bro".
    4) will carry your box, bikes, surfboards, snowboards ect...
    5) can still use tonneau

here is a close up of the same system on my old Tacoma... which i put on the tundra.

simple, doesnt rust, no welding or special fabricators needed

Yea, I’m not exactly excited to spend $600 on cross bars from VooDoo.
Can you explain your setup and what rails/how you attached to the bed rails?
    Thank you!

pick roof rack tracks that are made for vans / flat bed cap roofs, these are generic tracks that are just a straight, flat piece. run them down the bed sides, then pick the feet and cross bars that work with that track system, Thule ect.

attach the roof rack tracks to the bed rails by using a few stainless through bolts down the track that fasten from underneath (this can get tricky cause you need access from under to fasten the nuts), or if you dont care as much, can slap them on with stainless self tapping screws right through the plastic cap into the body sheet metal. if you sell the truck just install new plastic rail caps. option 1, most robust. I used bolts on the tacoma but got lazy on the trundra and just used stainless screws right into the body. about 10 down each side. the heads of #8 screw fits perfectly between the roof rack track too and allow the feet to slide anywhere. it feels just as secure. doing it this way keep everything very low profile, you can still use Tonneau cover, the cross bars can be removed in seconds.
