My truck has a SnugTop shell, and I’m looking for leads on a rack that can go “over” the shell. Looking to put kayaks over the shell, and looking for suggestions/leads on solutions.

    thanks!

    Greetings 03inSoCal,

I too have been searching around and was considering the below option.
    https://www.kargomaster.com/04011

You can go on the manufactures website and see what part numbers you would need for your specific model. https://www.kargomaster.com/pub/media/wysiwyg/downloads/KargoMaster-Truck-Rack-Application-Guide.pdf

I have a raised camper shell so I would also likely need the additional extensions.

Unfortunately, our options are limited with the use of caps/camper shells. A welded rack would be ideal as they are typically stiffer/stronger but would also be more difficult to uninstall/reinstall if ever necessary. Let me know if you find other options and if you ultimately decide on one. I am still considering purchasing as it will come in handy for hauling lumber, ladders, kayaks, etc.

    Hope this is helpful. Cheers!
