    Try doing a search using the dimensions, maybe something for another application will come up. (eg: 67x72 tonneau).
    If that doesn't work try emailing some of the major companies & ask if they have/will make something. Someone will have made it at one point & can assemble one for you. (TruXedo, Topline, Extang ….)
    Use Searchtempest to do broad Craigslist searches for a used one, or a parting out stepside.

    Time to buy a new truck and keep that one. Those old side steps are rare. I have never been a fan on those tail lights but I think it is just neat anyway.
