Hi, I am looking for a set of those TRD PRO BBS Wheels for my 2017 SR5. I like them because their forged and light.

Which year truck did they come on?

I see a set in the classifieds, but they look like a set of the TRD OFF ROAD just painted black.

I have a set on my 2007 SR5, they are off a 2020 and they are light.

You want 18" "BBS - FORGED PRO" like this one, I am using Land Cruiser center caps.

I believe they were matte in 2019, gloss in 2020/2021

    Mine were from a '19...
I can't recall if they're matte or gloss though and I can't really tell from the two photos that I have. I don't run them in the winter so I can't just go out and look.

I search all my nearest CL daily for “tundra wheels” and “land cruiser” wheels. I currently have the TRD off road and they are everywhere. Mainly do Land Cruiser wheels because I wanna see any LC for sale too! I like to dream.

Be patient and wait for authentic PRO take-offs to pop up for sale.

Beware of knock-offs being marketed as "the same as", or "almost identical - except".

I should have mentioned that both of these wheels are OEMs manufactured by Toyota and are not knock-offs.

I guess that is light for an 18". Is it worth the $$$?:notsure: I'm not sure personally if that's the way to go, to eliminate fitment issues. I'll be in that position to make a decision soon also.

It's always advantageous to reduce your unsprung weight.

I paid $1500.00 for the wheels & tires when they had about 200 miles on them... deals are out there, but the fact that stimulus checks are being mailed again makes me think this is the wrong time to buy.

I was able to buy one very nice wheel from a good member on this site and could find single wheels from time to time. However, I looked for several months for at least (3) others with no luck. My patience had run out so I broke down and bought 3 new ones. The first new ones I ordered were $493 each, but I saw that although these are TRD BBS forged, they didn't exactly match the one I bought from the site member. The 2019 TRD Pro wheels with "BBS Forged" white lettering and machined "PRO" label cost $560....but the cheaper wheels would have been just fine had I not already had one of the 2019 model. These things are extremely popular and hard to find used. Agree about the fakes and be careful, especially on C.L. or E-bay.

27 lbs is light. The sad thing is someone took these high quality wheels off and bought some low quality POS heavy wheels for a different look. A comparable after market wheel would run $3500.

There are so many wheel options on Tundras it will make your head spin. I spent a lot of time on this site looking at wheel pics and suspensions on others trucks to try and decide which set-up appealed the most to me. Moreover, at the end of the day I wanted to remain stock, so that narrowed my choices quite a bit. For sure the TRD Pro BBS wheels are expensive, but the resale is very good should you decide on something different. Best of Luck!

The guy I bought mine from replaced them with some huge deep dish chromed wheels with monster mud terrain tires, he was going for looks & stance. That makes zero sense to me, but it's his truck... his money, and I got the better end of the deal.

Howdy neighbor. You can get these wheels from McGeorge for $1,973:
    toyotaonlineparts.mcgeorgetoyota.com
    P/N Quantity Price Each Description
    PT9603420002 $ 493.35
TRD 18" Forged BBS Matte Black Alloy Wheels
    TRD Pro Wheel.jpg

Best deal on new ones I could find. No taxes and free shipping (FREESHIP code). However, these don't have the white BBS Forged lettering or machined "PRO" label. For that wheel it costs $560 each.

Weird that the one style of BBS wheel with white lettering and PRO label only shows on the Toyota parts site for 2019 models:
    McGeorge PT9603419002.jpg
While the other "all blacked-out" style shows it fits almost all others:
