BAK MX 4 - junk?

I've had my BAK MX4 on my truck since May. The rivets and screws are already rusting and despite several adjustments it leaks a lot more than expected. I know guys are getting them replaced by factory under warranty but what's the point if they will rust again in 3 months? Seems to be a piece of junk, especially considering how expensive it was. Should have bought the Extang I guess.

 

That sucks to hear as an MX4 owner. Mine has been fine but then again my truck is garaged.

Call the manuf , get a new one then sell it if it really bothers you. Good luck and keep us in the loop how it comes.
