    Hello everyone!
I'd like to introduce myself as well as my company to you all, Baja Kits by Brenthel.

At Baja Kits, we live and breathe off-road racing. Our parent company, Brenthel Industries, builds and maintains Championship Baja race vehicles, provides race support, and designs some of the best off-road racing parts on the market.

Owned and operated by brothers Jordan and Jonathan Brenthel, Baja Kits has been building championship caliber parts by applying the latest engineering and manufacturing technology to old world craftsmanship since 2005. Because we equip our Southern California facility with cutting-edge technology and equipment and we employ highly-skilled designers and welders, we can build parts that exceed even our highest standards.

Our innovation and dedication to building high-quality parts has earned us the title of being one of America’s top off-road part manufacturers.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'd like to showcase our UCA Chase Kit for your 07-Current Tundra 2WD and 4WD
    https://www.bajakits.com/i-26931173...t-chase-kit-2wd-4wd.html?ref=category:1339788
Our computer designed upper a-arm uses a fabricated, Boxed Arm design for ultimate strength. It allows significantly more wheel travel over stock when paired with an extended length, bolt in, aftermarket shock and we've built more caster into all of our Upper arms to give your truck the on road stability needed anytime a truck is lifted from its factory ride height. We use Trophy Truck grade uniballs to replace the weak, stock ball joints, giving you maximum articulation and performance in the dirt with your 2WD or 4WD Tundra. These will also work great with your existing lift kit that most likely has maxed out the stock ball joint angle. (Rear kits available too).

We are also a BIG King Shock dealer, as well as Method Wheels, Rigid Lighting, Deaver, and Fiberwerx.

Let me know if I can do anything for you!

Its going to be very close to factory spec. You or you mechanic will absolutely no issues at all getting back to proper alignment.

When you say close to factory spec, are we talkin around 3-3.5* of caster? There’s such a wide range with aftermarket UCA’s for Tundras, have seen uniballs run anywhere from 2.6-6.5* depending on the manufacturer.

Welcome Patrick/ Baja Kits. Those are some nice looking UCAs. Got plans for any other Tundra parts?

Welcome. Good to see you on here. I'm interested in running your UCAs for the delrin bushings. I really like that idea. I hope you have some plans for other parts.

So we add caster into all of our arms so that when they are lifted 2"-3" (CoughKingsCough), they fall with in the factory spec, and more than likely the higher side of factory spec We've seen 2.9* - 3.7*. These UCA's and Uniball are designed for more of a moderate "performance" lift rather than a high lift. You will fall into your factory spec caster degree when you are using a lifted coilover.

We're working on that! Right now we're only doing The UCA's. We are massive in the Tacoma, 4runner, and FJ world. We just lost one of our engineers within the past few months, we only have one on staff right now. So its my goal to generate some sales in order to get another team of engineers back in here and start hitting the drawing board on new components.

You guys keep demanding more kits from us, then I'll see to it that we get to the drawing boards as fast as we can.

We've done a few custom TTB jobs for some high profile customer vehicles with deep pockets, but as of right now, we don't have a TTB Conversion kit available to the market.

Baja Kits has been around for the last few years, and within the past 2 years or so, we've really started gaining some serious traction, so TTB conversions are talked about here often... just have to keep killing it at what we're already killing in order to get some more engineers back in here.

*Our engineers are dually employed. For Baja Kits and Brenthel, same company honestly* So when we have 16 Trophy Trucks on order, they get pretty tied up!*
If things keep accelerating like they have been, then def keep a look out on new Tundra products in the near future!

We have toyed around with manufacturing a PreRunner LT kit for the Tundra.
If that happens in the near future, it will be Spring 2019. Lots of big Baja Kits things coming 1st-2nd quarter 2019

Aren’t the LT uppers a different length from standards?

Sincerely apologize. corrected. I have 9 different forum conversations going on right now! I have the same avitar picture for my Raptor forum lol!
That was meant for the 2nd gen raptor guys!

For the tundra, yes. You will run a bit wider on your UCA for the LT kit on the tundra. Chase Kit UCA is stock track width. PreRunner will likely fall anywhere between a +2 to a +3.5 (again, we are in the R&D... 1st or 2nd quarter 2019).
