I have a 2023 SR5 with stock wheels/tires and I’m 99% positive I have a front drivers side wheel bearing that’s gone bad. My truck only has 43K miles on it. Has anyone had any issues with theirs? Have no idea what the price is to get this fixed but I’m guessing it probably won’t be cheap and I’m sure it’s gonna be like pulling teeth to get this fixed under warranty.

Why would it be like pulling teeth to get it fixed under warranty?

Because wheel bearings fall into a gray area of warranty. It’s one of those things that can and should fall into mechanical failure, but they can just as easily claim that it’s from wear/road damage which would make me pay for it.

Do you have an extended warranty? If you do take it to the dealership and use it. If you don't you're outside the 3 yr/36k, so take it to any shop you want and get a quote to get it fixed. Pretty sure there has been a few posts on wheel bearings here and there..play around with that search function under the "more" button

I just had both front fail. I'm at 130k miles and am on 37s tho. Took me about 4 hours to do both. Not very hard if you have tools can wrench a bit. One side completely exploded and effed up rotor and knuckle and axle. The bearings are ~$400 each. DO NOT get an auto parts store wheel bearing, they don't have the speed sensor in them (ask me about a good way to waste $400).
If you can get it fixed under warranty do that. I can't imagine what the dealer would have charged me, but sourcing a scrap yard knuckle, replacement axle, rotor, new abs sensor, . I was all in for ~$1200 doing all the labor myself
