Automatic Climate Control Upgrade

    Can you upgrade the manual climate control system to the automatic climate control system in a third generation Tundra?

    Check the build link in my signature.
    I did it in my Gen 2, but the Gen 3 doesn’t even have dual zone if you have manual AC, so I’m gonna bet it would be MUCH harder because your actual duct box in the dash won’t have all the blend doors needed.

    The wiring diagram post in my signature would be a place to start looking at all the various diagrams to see what wiring changes might be needed. From there, I’ll bet the basics of the Gen 2 swap still apply - you’ll need a different control panel, and “amplifier” along with the thermister, venturi tube, etc, and the different wiring harness for the servos plus installing the servos even if they aren’t hooked up to anything.
