Installed the Autoloc OneTouch Up/Down module on all windows including rear window on my Crewmax, love having the capability on every window now, and not a bad install!

That’s all in the video buddy!...I show the install and the links for them are in video information...as for cost they’re $80 for 2 modules or $40 for one...but you can check around, I actually came across a guy selling all 4 for $65...got lucky!

Great video with step by step instructions. Mine has auto down only on the driver side which is dumb for Toyota to do that. As much as I want to this I don't wanna mess with splicing wires right now on a 1 month old truck. Will keep this in mind for the future. Thanks.

    Perfect, thanks!

FYI, I did click the link. The video is embedded in the thread, doesn't open in YT, so no info or links showed up after a few minutes. I know you get kickback for clicks and watches, but it is frustrating sometimes to know people have the info but don't want to post it in text form, especially when they explicitly ask for it.

I do appreciate your videos. They helped me disassemble my steering wheel last week. It's just sometimes I'd like a link too.

Very interesting feature for sure. If I ended up buying, I'll be following your install. Thanks for posting.

I’m sorry that it doesn’t open up in YT, I didn’t know that...I put the link in the info thinking anyone would be able to view it, so I apologize!...next time I’ll make sure to include the link or make sure to mention that I have the links in the info section on YT!...and thanks for supporting the channel!

I havent watched it yet..... Most people will post something that they did without any writeup or links. I was just giving you a hard time and then I realized it was you that posted. You know my truck still isn't here? It's stuck in port 6 hrs away and has been all week. The manager has been all over the phone raising hell. Now they are telling me Wednesday. The carrier keeps telling them tomm. I told the dealer that I have heard the same thing every day since last Monday.

Great instructions. As far as watching on YouTube. You can tap the 3 dots on the video and add to you watch later. Then open your YouTube and watch there.

Sorry but I'm curious as to when I install a module on each window that I want to control. What happens when I roll down a rear window from driver panel?

Kudos to @2020Platinum for the straightforward, on-topic and informative videos.

I cannot stand YT videos where the guy has his face in the camera and we are looking up his nostrils the whole time he continues talking about himself and his opinions (not facts)... never actually showing the technical details.

OP gets to the point and stays on topic, with facts, while covering the much needed details at the same time... without a bunch of chatter and BS.

Keep doing what you do OP.

Just a quick question about the video...

You mentioned that your truck has the auto down feature on the front passenger window already from the factory...
Is that function controlled by the switch pod in the RF door ?
Maybe if thats the case, it may be an easy OEM upgrade for that door ?

My truck currently only has auto down on the driver door and it would be cool to have auto up+down at least on both front doors.

Thanks so much for the kind words!!...I appreciate that!!...and yes sir, I have the auto up and down on front passenger window, which can be controlled by drivers “master” switch or from the passenger door switch itself...hope that answers your question, let me know if ya need anything else!

Do you know what controls this OEM up/down feature ?

    In a nutshell...
I'm wondering if swapping out the window switch pods from a Platinum on both front doors of an SR5 would enable the auto up/down feature ?

That I’m not sure of, I have seen this question asked before and I’ve read that there’s more to it than just switching them out, but what would be involved I’m not sure of...if you do figure it out let me know, I’m sure there’s a ton of people who would like to know if it’s a simple mod!

So... just to be crystal clear... in your application you only had to splice-in the rear doors and back window ? Correct ?
Your factory Platinum has auto down AND auto up on both front doors as delivered ?

I'll bet its all handled in those door switch pods and may also need to be enabled/disabled via Techstream.
My 2020 SR5 only has auto down on the drivers door. No auto up... and no auto anything on the other 3 doors.

That said... and knowing how Toyota operates... those switch pods are probably $600ea.

Yes sir, that’s correct, my Platinum came with auto up and down on both front windows....so I had to use 3 modules total (2 for rear windows and 1 for rear sliding window)...and yea I’m sure if it is something like swapping out a switch pod it won’t be cheap through Toyota!
