Any of you guys have the AudioControl LC7i ? I am moving my subs and amps over to my 2020, and replacing my door speakers and this is what was recommended to use with the stock head unit. Does it just wire into the harness behind the radio and then you run your amps and RCA cables off of it as if it were an aftermarket head unit?

I'm guessing the 2020 still has the factory amp under the passenger's seat.
Every connection you need for the LC7i is under there.
Use this harness to make your connections..

I had an LC6i for awhile years ago, but ended up replacing the HU with aftermarket.

that’s exactly how you install it. Check out this thread. He does a great job explaining it.

I put mine in place of where the factory amp was. Fit perfect. I’m no longer using since I installed an aftermarket headunit, but I just left it there.

Non JBL systems have that amp under the seat.
It has nothing to do with JBL.

Is there nothing under the passenger's front seat that looks like this?

There is a plastic cover with a wire harness under it but it didn't look like an amp to me. I'll look again when I get home this evening.

When i first started research on upgrades, I was at a local shop and looked. Told the shop there was something there but no amp. They looked at it and said, yes there is, that's it, with a fancy cover over it. Boy was I embarrassed....

I went out and looked. I do have one. So I just need to get that harness and view the other thread for installation?

There are several youtubes on replacing that factory amp with this wiring harness.
Watch a few and get familiar with how it is done.

This guy installed an LC6i, same install as your LC7i..
I didn't watch the entire video, just posted it for reference..
