I have a '19 SR5 Crewmax with non-JBL amplified audio system. Does anyone know if the center channel has its own dedicated output from the receiver or amplifier or if it's tapped off of one of the other speakrs?

Center is wired in parallel with the side dash.
HU to side dash to center.
As @Tundra234 stated, output for these comes straight from the HU.

The center is an 8 ohm 10watt dual voice coil speaker receiving both left and right signals..
Side dash are 6 ohm 13 watt speakers.

How do you replace the center when it's a dual voice coil OEM speaker?

If you're running a decent DSP it will probably have a a dedicated channel front center channel..

    But in all honesty;
If you have a nice decent set of front component speakers in your front doors, you can disconnect all 3 dash speakers and have a decent front stage.
Although there are many variables to this issue.
If you are running the stock HU to an amp, it will only send mids and lows to the passenger underseat amp that sends the signal to the front doors.
You need some kind of DSP to get a full signal to your amp.

Anyone reading this, your best bet to decent audio quality is an aftermarket HU.
You can put all the lipstick on the pig Entune you want.
But you will end up with subpar audio, unless you get a decent high dollar DSP or powered LCI (audiocontrol brand for instance) to even the signal out.

I have a Kenwood HU. Alpine 5 channel amp, a good sub box and subs, disconnected dash speakers, and my setup sounds great.
With the dash speakers connected, it muddies up the sound and puts the high end IN YOUR FACE.

Ok, thank you guys. I'm trying to figure out if I should use an Audio Control LC7i or the RF DSR1 with iDatalink harness to connect aftermarket amplifiers and upgrade speakers.

I hear you but there are other functions controlled by OEM HU in my 2019 Tundra aside from steering wheel controls. I've considered upgrading the HU but am on the fence.

When I first started upgrading my 2014 audio I tried an AC LC6i.
It was OK, but not what I was looking for, although I had an issue with my JL Stealthbox that I didn't get corrected until 4 years later.
It's a long story about the sub issue.
The LC7i might fit your needs..

A lot of guys on the forum use the DSR1 with factory hu.
Search around and find more info on it.
You might have a hard time finding one..

I understand about wanting to keep your Entune HU, I wanted to keep mine, but in the end aftermarket was the way to go for me..
The 2019 HU does a lot more as far as vehicle setting and such than my 2014 does.
Although my Kenwood does have most of those setting, not sure if it would have all the settings for your 2019.

I ended up with an AM HU, Apline 5 channel amp, and a Jl Audio Stealthbox.
Since finally correcting with wiring issue in the sub, it sounds great.

    Good luck....

Which speakers come off the factory amp under the front passenger seat? One site said the front doors' midrange and the rear doors' tweeters, another said just front and rear doors. Anyone know for sure. I know the center channel is tapped into the corner dash.
