That would be sweet if this mod works please keep every posted on what you find, I have a 2018 sport and would love to put the pro grille on it. I have my pro grille in the attic.

I'm curious how this works, but I personally will wait for the 2018 pro grill if I'm going to swap it out.

Looks like there is a 2018 Pro grill coming with the tss relocation available. So hopefully no major modification.

Would it be possible to use a Dremel to trim out part of the support bracket rather than removing the entire support? Sort of create a pocket beneath the support to fit the sensor without losing the support brace?

then don't turn it on, it defaults to being off when you start the truck if it already turned off via the mini display settings :)

only time I turn on the lane departure is on long road trips and I only turn on auto cruise control when on the highway on said long trips.

That support barely holds any resistance back. You could trim the bottom of the support out to fit the sensor below it. The support is barely attached anyway

It has to atleast be plugged in from what I experienced disconnecting it. I do like the radar on long trips tho

No issues thus far doing great. Put a few hundred miles on it and no issues. Sensor is staying in placing even in this frigid weather.

At this time im going to hold on to the parts bud. I have recieved requests for it but want to keep them for now. Not trying to make anyone spend more money but if I decided to go back to it for looks I will have it.

Parts department told me they made unique clips that only fit the pros or something like that. Toyota may have gotten smart.

I have my doubts about that, seems far too expensive to change the mounts up. If they did, I am sure there is a work around on it
