just installed 5160 and boss 4x4 1.5” shackles and have some pre assembled 6112 @1.9 ready to get installed but debating on maxing them out instead.

1.9" will be very tight with 35s, also depends on your wheel offset and how much trimming you want to do

I agree...max it out, but will depend on the rim. I got close to 35" (34.5") with 315/70/17's on Icon Rebound's. Didn't have to do any BMC, just mud flaps.

@Platinum714 I already did BMC since I had a friend that could do it. And cut bumper trim some and removed mud flaps. Planning on doing Methods with 0 offset and 35” Toyo MT. I just wasn’t sure if 1.9 setting is enough. Sounds like I gotta go to top setting

    See sig for mods...
top setting may be just enough. For reference, I have method 0 offsets on 35" Nitto Ridge with BMC and front liner mod. I'm on 3/1.5" level. Does not rub body mount (about 1/4-3/8") clearance. I did the BMC myself.

there is an entire thread about this but the answer is no they won't fit.

I'm on top setting with an aggressive BMC and 35s. They wouldn't have fit with out all the trimming I had to do.

I had 5100s set at the middle setting with 1 coachbuilder shim on each side for a total of ~ 2" of lift and I was able to fit 35s with no cab mount chop. This was with stock UCAs and wheels with a +25 offset. I do have a high clearance front bumper but I think that I could have made these fit with a stock bumper with bumper shims and some trimming. (I did rub the front sway bar at full lock).

Every truck is different (a friend with a 3" lift and similar offset wheels rubbed the cab mount with 34s). 35s will be tight and there is no guarantee but it should be possible with some work.

Edit: I missed the post about going with 0 offset wheels. 35's will not fit with 0 offset wheels with the shocks set at 1.9" (Not without a whole lot of trimming.

    I’m at 1.9 setting on 6112. I fit 315/70/17 duratracs on method 313 rims. 25 offset though

I would go with the 2.5 max setting... I tell you that having had mine installed first at 1.9 and then 5 months later paying even more $$$ to have them raised and the truck realigned :(
