Looks good, it’s crazy how some 35x12.5x17’s look wide and some look narrow, or maybe it’s just the distance/camera angle, I seen one up close and looks really wide while others were narrow but not by much.

Just added some RW wheels with 285x70x17 Michelin Defenders. Added the 5100's on the middle setting as well.

I'm planning on running 285/75/17s, for those running this size or close to it, any need to re-gear? My mileage is already in the toilet with 275/60/20s I currently have on the stock wheels, but I don't want to run the risk of having problems when I'm driving off-road.

I have been going back and forth between the Method 701, 313, or the Evo Course, and if I get the 313 or Evo Course wheels, then it'd be the +25. From what it sounds like, if I go with the +25 wheels will not need the BMC and trimming/moving of the front bumper. Is that accurate?

Thank you all for sharing your set ups and information about your trucks!

I have 285/75/17s on icon rebounds +25 and a 4/2 lift. It does rub on the drivers side only in reverse full lock. You will need to remove the wind dams and maybe push the liner forward. It might also make a difference depending on the agressiveness on the tread of your tire. Saying all of this some guys have zero issue.

For you guys running 285/75r17's on Icon Rebounds, how much if any does the rear wheel stick out? Anybody have a rear view pic they can post?

    Thanks!

I haven’t measured nor do I have any pics that better show their stance. Maybe someone else with that info or pics can chime in? But I can say that with a +25 offset, they don’t stick out much at all. They seem to be flush with the fenders, or maybe 1/4” out?

No re-gear needed. I get around 14-16 mpg. Rub all depends on the tire manufacturer as there are slight size differences between brands even in the same metric size. It won't be much though, if any.

Again this depends on tire shape as well, but its roughly sticking out .5-.75in

So I'm looking for a little more then that. I've been on the fence for a while between the 285/75r17 vs the 295/70r17? The 285/75's are a little skinny so I think they are out leaving me to 295/70r17's but then I started to wonder about the 305/70r17's?

In the Cooper XLT's that I plan to get, the price and weight difference between the 295 and 305 is minimal. The 305 gives me the height of the 285/75's and slightly wider width compared to the 295/70's. Kind of the best of both worlds but the question is, will I have enough lift for the 305's? (6112's @1.9")?

Not the best rear view, but it should help.

Like I said, I haven’t measured how much they stick out. I could be wrong, and it may be they stick out a bit further than that.

WOW. I must be doing something wrong. With my current tires, I'm averaging 11-12 MPG. :(

Thanks for the pic! Just to verify, do you also have Icon Rebounds (or at least same spec 17x8.5, +25 )?

No problem. Sephon's pic illustrates is pretty well (assuming he has the same wheel?). There is some pokey back there! lol

Just purchased a set of fifteen52 Traverse HD 17" wheels. 17x8.5 0 offset. Don't have tires, yet. Waiting on Black Friday deals. I have a Pro with no added shims. Do I need to just trim up the fenders and maybe a BMC to clear 315/70/17?
