Just got mine in and haven't had time to look too closely. Anyone got any pointers on how to swap this thing out without disassembling half the truck?

How difficult was it to install singer voltage booster? What were the results after the install?

It was very easy once I found the right angle from under the truck to get to the alternator plug.

Before installing it my voltage ranged from about 12.2-12.8 once at temp. now I'm usually 13.9-14.4

Did you order the version 1 or version 2?

    Thanks

Interested in this. Is there any negatives to the electrical system or battery in terms of over stress or longevity reduction?

I see on the ebay listing it says Tundra 2007 to 2018. does this just need to be updated or is there a reason this wouldnt work on a 2021? I think the electrical system is the same.

I believe 2018+ will not work with this. The below is per the seller:

"for a 2021 the plug is a LIN based system (which is pcm controlled without a sense connection)
so there is not a voltage boost solution yet for this"

Any update on how this is working out?

I wonder how it works compared to the hkb alt-s fuse replacement.

My voltage always stays quite a bit higher now than before. Seems to be working great.

What's the alternative you mention? I haven't heard of that.
